Airport Pickup and local transportation:

a. Airport pick up will only be provided from Izmir International airport for MD Athletes.

The Official travel schedules has to be sent to Sara Alturk (sara.alturk@tvf.org.tr) as soon as possible and no later than 1 September 2022

• Airport pick up will be available -4days before MD tournament on 11 September. If participants wish to arrive earlier, they will need to cover the cost of their airport transfer.
• For all participants except Main Draw players, cost of airport transportation will be at their charge. Participants can use local taxi or contact organiser Gursel Yesiltas at yesiltas7@hotmail.com) to arrange their airport transportation.

b. Local transportation (hotel – venue - hotel) will be available 2 days before the start of Main draw tournament, on 13 September. Hotel to competition venue is 5 min drive and shuttles will be organized accordingly.
